Freelancer.com creative contest — prize of $20 USD. I have a generic laboratory request form that must be reshaped so it fits seamlessly inside our electronic medical record system. The goal is to keep the overall layout familiar to clinicians while tailoring every field, label, and validation rule to our company’s workflow and branding guidelines. Key sections I need built out are the patient-information area and a prescriptions block that will draw from (and write back to) the existing EMR tables.
